Hola! I'm Gustavo. 10+ years in 0 → 1 product management. I've led teams exploring, building and delivering new digital products and experiences at IKEA and PwC, and shaped tech-led, human-centered services with JD.com and Baidu in China.

My work has taken me across cultures and contexts, from North America to China and India to much of Europe, meeting real people where they live. Those conversations spark the ideas worth betting on, and I bring them into the boardroom to turn insight into lasting growth.
